HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Meadow Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
