HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Vale Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Philadelphia. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
