HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
