HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Group is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
