HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
