HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Nest Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
