HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
