HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Oak Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
