HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
