HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Early Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
