HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood North Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
