HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the San Diego region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
