HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Toledo plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
