HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
