HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
