HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
