HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pike Construction Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
