HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
