HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Providence serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
