HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Baltimore serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
