HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
