HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
