HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Fern Legal Group is a law firm in El Paso serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
