HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
