HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
