HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
