HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tulsa region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
