HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
