HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Charleston with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
