HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
