HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Nashville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
