HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
