HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
