HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 995 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
