HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
