HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Fox Staffing places workers with employers around Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
