HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Oak Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
