HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
