HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
