HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Wren Energy is an energy provider in Tulsa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
