HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
