HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
