HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
