HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Denver region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
