HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Corner Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
