HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Basin Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
