HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
