HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
