HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Meridian Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
