HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Junction Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
